   Hi, a couple things to check... the fuse connection, the relay can still be bad. it may be energizing, but could have burned contacts on the load side. A quick check you could also do from the start is back probe (With a test light) from your fuse block to the fuel pump connector and then go from the fuse block to the relay (all the while doing a wiggle test with the associated wiring and connectors) to try and narrow it down to where its at. Id check the kill switch as well. and finally the ignition switch plug. That should at least confirm or eliminate the connectors and the load bearing side of the wiring and see what you come up with.
