Someone placed a metal object on top of my dedietrich induction hob's controls and now two heating pads seem to be locked. The controls for the heating pads show a little red - and makes a beeping sound every 10 seconds. Also the exhaust fan underneath seems to be on. I can't seem to figure out how to fix it.
