why do i have 3 nipples on one breast

I m 11 years old and i have 2 smaller bumps next to the regular nipple..
im not so much worried but could someone talk to me an help?

    i also av three niples on one of my b*****s and i av two kids at 25.. my babys enjoyed the tripple nipples than my normal breast during breast feeding.....m not alone after all
