unlock ford 6000 series radio

i entered the wrong code and radio has locked, i now have the correct code but do not know how to unlock the radio to enable the right code to be entered, is there some easy way to unlock without paying a small fortune, the 6000 series radio/cd player is in a ka and not worth anything.
