tiny bugs in bathtub, around window sills, and in kitchen sink. They almost look like tiny ants

They almost look like tiny ants but they can jump. What are they and how do we get rid of these tiny insects?

    I found a tiny maggot type crawling in my bathtub/wall this morning.It is yellowish in color with the front end having a dark end,black/red.There was one in my tub and one crawling on the wall outside of the tub.Could these be from flies or something else.We have had a lot of rain this year also.
