why does coccyx and sacrum fracture have to do with no bowel movements?fell backwards and landed on half back with butt.now have fracture tailbone,slight fracture of sacrum.had x-rays and mri to show,also been 4 months and now having bowel problem,could it be like sphincter muscle and nerve having an effect? also going to p.t.
