swollen gland above v****a. I have noticed swollen gland above v****a and i am very concerned. recently i was treated for bacterial vaginosis but recently i noticed something that felt like an enlarged gland or a cyst a few inches above my v****a, i think its an ingrown hair, doesn't hurt at all or could it be swollen gland. i done some looking up on the net but didn't seem to find anything satisfactory. what would be the cause of this?

wihtout looking at and knowing exactly where it is i can't really provide lot of help but this might help. Sounds like an ingrown toenail hair or maybe a swollen glands gland. Apply hot compresses and don't be surprised if it drains. If you are worried, you can see a Dermatologist. Not an uncommon problem, so don't be embarrassed or worry yourself too much. But ingrown hair normally hurts; since yours doesn't i would see a doctor.
