start-up bakery cost in gurgaon

Hi,

I am thinking of starting a bakery in gurgaon. I would like to know what will be cost for the start up. I will be finding the space on rent. Also what will be ideal location. I am bent towards residential area. What kind of experice should I have? What all types of knowledge should I posses?
