Yes. You can give him a handjob also.

Not if she is only thirteen or fourteen, but if she is a little older than the boy it would be alright. As long as the mother, her son, and the babysitter were all okay with it. I don't see the big deal.

Every family is different when it comes to nudity/bath time, and kids. Not much information was given with the question.
If the babysitter is well known and trusted by the family, and the 12 yo boy is accoustomed to being given a bath regularly by someone else, male or female, then it should be fine and probably expected - particularly by the boy.
When I was growing up in the 50's and 60's, I was bathed by one of my two older sisters every night up till I was 15 or 16. They were 2 and 4 years older than me. It was just how it was done in my family and I never gave it a thought. In fact, I enjoyed it. I got all the attention, plus lots of opportuites for conversation - including questions and answers to any question I came up with. It was an appropriate setting for 'Certain' kinds of questions. Often times though, I got my questions answered before I even asked about body parts, development and function. And of course, (For the curious), there were times when I got erections - that's when questions were answered in a respectful, factual way. I was never embarrassed about it, or felt a need to hide it, because my sisters didn'y make me feel that way. All I remember about that is that a boy getting an erection was perfectly normal, and little or nothing was ever said about it.
I grew up in a time when outside of bathtime, the s-e-x word was never mentioned. I grew up knowing more about s-e-x, and the correct words for 'things', than any of my friends. Not to mention lots of bath play, splashing and just fun as a kid.
I was never bathed by anyone other than my mom, dad or sisters so I can'y speak to the babysitter question. But I do recall occassions when my sisters would have a friend over for the weekend or whatever, and they would usually be in the bathroom talking when I got my bath. It didn't phase me a bit.
Bath time for me was a relaxed, comfortable time of the day, even if me and my sisters had been fighting just 5 minutes earlier. But as I mentioned, every family is different, and of course, parents need to be parents, and know what's going on all the time.
I sort of rambled on here - Your question stirred good memories in my heart about bathtimes as I was growing up.

My sister married when she was 18 and her husband was 21. I was 13 and her new brother-in-law was also 13. We boys often spent our weekends with the newly weds. Sis and my brother-in-law would bathe us together. The newly wed were nudists and the 4 of us would remain nude all week end after sis bathe us. I would sleep nude with the other boy except when we went to the summer home. We would all sleep in one room. Mom I'm sure would have a fit if she knew that the 4 of us were nude. At home, I had to remain dressed until bedtime. The only exception were my shoes, which I had to remove when entering the house.

This is child abuse pure and simple-for both parties. There is no rationale fot this to happen and under no circumstancses should this be allowed. If you think I am wrong, call CPS, you might want to use a pay phone becaue they track phome numners and you can bet they would like to talk to you. So at the end of the day, stay out of the court system and jail or juvie-you know the question is jsut plain stupid.

The rate of AIDS and other infections diseases decrease 60% among the boys and men of the Africa countries submitted to postectomies ( circuncisions ), that's way they are making laws turning them mandatory. In the USA, also, many urologists are sugesting mandatory circuncisions for new born boys. The creationists, with their religious and anti-scientific thoughts, are absolutelly wrong - as in everything against the evolution theory, about that matter. Let's us leave that decisions to our men of science. They know what is correct and right. It is about time to do it. As Alan Kardec, the spiritualist, said : " When your religion collide with the science, stay with the science". That's is the right thing to do.
