puppy diarrhea. our 4 month old lab pup had giarrdia 2 weeks ago, and is now over that. last week

our 4 month old lab pup had giarrdia 2 weeks ago, and is now over that. last week he was nuetered and now he has gasy diarrhea, but the vet said he doesn't have worms or giarrdia any longer. any ideas what is causing it or how to help it ? sleepless
