The power, status, print act and print err lights are all red and I am not detecting via wireless. Direct connection also provides no connectivity. This happened after a temporary power loss. Has been like that for about 2 weeks. Reset button does nothing if I take off power and put it back on it returns to same state (described above). Can this problem be fixed?
