I am concerned about the dangers of permanent damage to my feet, ankles, legs if I go on pointe too soon.  Please tell me more about it. Thanks.

Getting pointe shoes for ballet dancing can be tricky. Sprains, fractures, and tendinitis are foot injuries common to both ballet and modern dancers but they might be a cause of pointe ballet shoes and many modern dance foot injuries are caused by the lack of protection provided by shoes.
Finding the right pointe shoe that fits your foot properly can take time, as every brand of pointe shoes fits the foot a little differently.
You are worried about the health of your feet by wearing Pointe shoes at very start of ballet dancing taping the ballet toes and gel inserts is highly recommended.
It is always better to get a professional opinion in this regard.
