pink ty halo bear with burgandy wing need help

hi i am cleaning out my attic and selling off the things to make a little cash. i have found a pink halo bear with burgandy wings bow and halo dATE of birth is august 31 1998 but there seems to be no records on the internet could anyone give me some advise on what they think it might be or what it is worth
