Hi There, I don't keep catalogs or literature on all the hundreds of furnaces on the market so I have no way of referencing your model number to see exactly what your ignition system controls are. I do think that your problem is your flame sensor. When your pilot lights it heats the flame sensor which proves to the gas valve that the pilot is lit, If the gas valve doesn't get the signal it might retry three or five times, after several tries if it doesn't light the burners it may lock out in which case you have to turn off the power switch to the furnace or turn the thermostat down and then back on again to reset the control and then it tries again. I would have told you to try cleaning the flame sensor with a piece of emery cloth or fine sandpaper but you said you had already cleaned it.
