Westinghouse Digital Frame Dpf0802. Have unplugged and cooled off and turned back on without change. SD card works in other devices.

    Its a westinghouse digital picture frame. Sorry, but I chose that category going in, but now I see it doesn't show as a part of my question.

    Hi, The sync transistor is fried has to have a repair or replace.IF THIS IS A DELL, and the green power light flashes with NO no tech but when mine did that it was my operating sytem do u have
