people can't hear me on my lg rumor 2 cell phone

just got a phone replacement from asurion, on monday, today wheni call people they can't hear me, i've tried the whole taking the battery out to reset the phone, calling someone and turning the mute on/off, the mute is off. and i have perfect service.
