pain in mastoid muscle and temple

For past 15 months I have been in severe pain from arthritis in my neck and have had a migraine type headache on the right side (not a migraine) along with tenderness and pain in the right mastoid muscle. Various injections have relieved the pain in my neck and shoulder but the headache and mastoid muscle pain remain despite numerous treatments. Where type doctor do I need to see to try to get some relief?
