nagging foot problems

Hi, my problem has actually turned into 2 now. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. Last Sept, I underwent an endoscopic plantar fasciotomy of the right foot. I am a nurse in a busy ER. After the surgery, I wasn't able to rest my foot as I should have, and it has never quite healed. The doctor told me there was inflammation between the healing edges of the fascia. It was too fresh to use cortisone, as it would have hindered the healing. Now the heel hurst just as bad as it did before the surgery. He did a tx in the office to "blast waves" into the fascia to help it heal, still no relief. Orthotics weren't covered by my insurance, so that was out. This heal is killing me, what is my next option?
The second problem is on the opposite foot. I haven't had surgery on that heel yet. Now, on top of the heel pain, I have an unbearable pain on the lateral aspect of the foot running up to the 5th metatarsal. When I wiggle that toe, it is so painful. If i "twist" my foot with my hands, pain shoots up to the top of the foot and down the side. Is this all related? Now the doc I went to, left the practice, starting his own, and I cannot find him. In the meantime, I am miserable, but still have to work. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
