my sick guinea pig

my guinea pig is losing weight unusually fast, he wont drink water from his bottle, he has what looks like diarrhea, or constipation, and he seems weaker than normal. Please help me, I have a chilling feeling that if I don't give him the proper help he may die.

Our male guinea pig started behaving oddly this morning. He normally cuddles and sleeps when we hold him but today he started tilting his head to the left, acting very uncomfortable and when laying down would try to kick his hind leg in the air while rolling slightly to his side. Is it a belly ache? An ear infection? Would an ear infection cause him to roll on his side?
