my power acoustik ptid 8940 nrbt it's not playing my 4g sd cards

simply i want to be able to use my sd card in my stereo it's capable of doing so but it's not doing it. And i did not excede the sd card limit of 4gs.

    Sometimes before u are able to play music on a device u have to format it I just bought this it should be located in your settings
