my dog is circling

I have been to the vet and did bloodwork, it was good. Urine test for Cushings Disease was negative. I have put her on steriods and antibiotic because it couldnt hurt and in 48 hrs she is doing better. But before we did the bloodwork and urine test she was on steriods and she got better but when off of the medicine got worse.
Also, about a week later she had two grand mal seizures. ??????
