i wanna move in with my fiance who is 27 and we are getting out own place soon he has fallin on hard so we are currently getting a place in louisianna whos majority age is 18 unlike mississippi which is 21... i was told i can move out at 18 but ive look online and some say i cant some say i can. my parents wanna call the law everytime i do something with him cause they dont like him and think i we cant make it but as long as im in school im covered on my fathers insurents and if i keep a job them im financialy ok right they cant do anything? i just dont wanna go to court and im being told i dont have to get emancapated? any help
