Front tires are regular tires 205 50 17 i want to put directional tires on rear . is it ok to do the car is an all wheel drive. As long as the directional tires are on correct, it does not matter if you use them or not. Directional tires only effect your tire rotation. You will only have side to side option with directional tires. I have regular tires on the front. So ill be mixing the tires, regular tires on the front axle and 2 directional tires on the rear axle, is this.

Possibilities are that the traditional tyres can be mixed with the directional tyres. But the mixing of the tyres is not always advisable. Radial tyres are different from the regular ones. Even if you want to mix such tyres then what you can do is to make sure that you have the same size and level of tyre on one side of the axle. However the level of tyres should be same on a four wheel drive car system. As long as the directional tires are on correct, it does not matter if you use them or not. You can have two reg. tires on the front and two directional tires on the back. As long as you are staying with the OEM tire size. The only things you have to watch for is, Make sure the directional tires are on correct. The second is you have to do tire rotation side to side then.
