low back tingling

what kind of nerves cause low back pain in general? does muscle and nerves together cause low back to hurt?can osteopath help with coccyx pain. been to chiropractor,will not work on area of coccyx but will neck only. any other alternative that could help? use heat,ice for swelling and anti inflammttion pills only help keep it down.had x-ray,mri and orthopedic say no surgery but have no bowel movement now also was put on laxtaves with not much helped.
