kwikset deadbolt won't budge

I can get the latch mechanism to lock and unlock, but the key from the outside will not turn at all.

    Hi, Kwikset uses an "E" clip on the back of their deadbolts. There is no way to adjust that which is what is normally adjusted on other brands to fix the problem you are having. Take the locks in question to a locksmith shop and have them disassemble the problem cylinders to determine the issue.
