    *I finally found a way for the period to come fast girls come on read this

    guys i have the same problem here i have alots of signs but i searched all over the internet and found LOTS of good ways that will make it come fast

    1. try to gain weight try to eat lots of fats cuz there are some hormones that needs eating alot of fats and alsoo eat fast  (that probably works)
    2. don't sleep late
    3. don't stress your self
    4. try to not think about it
    5. drink tea and green tea and these hot things(garlic tea helps)
    6. EXERCISE ALOT (that also works)
    7. massaging your tummy will help too
    8. take hot bathes
    9. water always helps and like i said the tea and these stuff will make it come fast and gaining weight i heard someone said i gained weight and got it in 14 dayz :O
    10. rub your stomach try to squeez it when ur in the bathroom cuz it will make anything in ur stomach comedown

    hope i helped ya and BTW im 12 and i relly wanna get it also cuz my B.f.f s has it and im the only one but yeah u know i'll also start these tips :)

    Is it normal that when I get discharge I can feel it and it feels like I just want to wee? lol, Eating helps and apparently you have to be 7st to start? Well, I'm 13, 4'8" and 6st.

    same problem. i am 13. only one besides 1 of my friends that hasnt started /: i heard taking a bubble bath and rubbing parsley on your v****a. also green and parsley tea because green tea matures your female organs faster and parsley speeds period blood. im going to drink 2 cups a day and hopefully it will work. i also heard that meat with fat and whole milk and whole yourgt. hope i was helpfull. :)

    i dont know!!! im dying for mine to come too i have small b***s buh they grown nd i av the pains in my stomach and private area! but the periods dont seem to be coming! i am 13 and like the only one of my friends who hasnt started =( and its sed its wen you hit puberty nd b***s grow nd armpit hair but i have all these but havent started! and im not a tramp i shavee !
