   Yes, I just set mine up yesterday. You have to use a router that is first recognized by your pc or laptop, then the printer software will automatically detect the router on your network. I was concerned that I was going to have problems myself because we dont have an internet connection at home. I just wanted my wife to be able to print from her laptop anywhere in the house without having to sling cables all over. I literally plugged the router into the wall, searched for available networks, and connected to the default network name as transmitted by the router (D-Link i think it was named for my router). So now I have a stand alone router, a stand alone printer and a stand alone laptop that allows us to print from any room in the house. The only think to note is that the printer will need to be connected to the computer via the provided USB cable for initial setup.
