Yes,we did our 14 year old daughter as an infant for her baptism last easter at easter vigil. We did her in a white, top of the knees, babydoll, short sleeve dress with a matching bonnet, white tee shirt, cloth diaper, plastic pants, white rhumba tights and white'mary jane' shoes. She looked very cute and infant like. All the other girls baptized with her were dressed in similiar outfits also.

  2. Guest28432036

At our parish, the girls 17 and under have to wear a white, high waist, bouffant shoulder, top of the knees gown with a bonnet, white tights and white patent leather shoes and a cloth diaper, plastic pants under the tights and a white tee shirt as their top. They are then considered babies for their baptisms. Some of the teen girls use a pacifier and some carry a teddy bear. Our daughter was 17 when she was baptized and had to wear the outfit and looked very babyish in the outfit. Her diaper was made from the gerber flat cloth diapers sewn together to make the one diaper, and then she had white, adult size plastic pants over it and then her tights and her tee shirt was ticked into the waist of the tights. She had a pacifier on a ribbon around her neck and sucked on it.

  3. Guest28431056

Yes! We did our 14 year old daughter as an infant for her catholic baptism last spring. We had a cute, white infant style, bouffant shoulder, just below the knees gown and matching bonnet made for her and did white lace anklets and white mary jane shoes with the gown and bonnet.Under the gown we did a white tee shirt and a cloth diaper with blousy fitting rubberpants over it.The rubberpants crinkled under her gown when she walked down the aisle and the whole time she had them on.She had a pacifier on a pink ribbon around her neck that she sucked on while being baptized. She will make her First Holy Communion next may,2018 and will wear the poofy communion dress and veil with her baptism lace anklets and the mary jane shoes. The tee shirt and cloth diaper and rubberpants will be put on her again and worn under the communion dress for the day.

This also applies to younger and older teen girls as well,i have seen girls as old as 16,17,18,and 19 dressed as regular babies for catholic baptism! So it is perfectly fine to dress girls as babies!

  5. Guest28427426

At our parish,It is standard for all of the p*****n and teen girls to be dressed as infants for their baptisms. The white gown and matching bonnet with lace anklets and white shoes is the normal outfit with a cloth diaper, plastic pants and undershirt worn under the gown.Disposable diapers are not allowed under the gowns. Some parents do the poofy, white, above the knees, sleeveless baptism dress with the bonnet, lace anklets or white tights and the white shoes on their daughters.I have seen a few teen girls with the poofy white dresses who had the lace anklets on and had ruffled plastic pants over their cloth diaper and some have had the tights with pink ruffles across the back over the diaper and plastic pants. The girls wear the outfits mainly for their Easter vigil baptisms, but also for baptisms during regular sunday masses.

To guest 28427288-No,boys are not more babyish than girls. They are more emotional, softer and cuter than boys and are just like babies. They should be dressed as babies for baptism and wear diapers and rubberpants under their baptism gowns or dresses.

  7. Guest28427288

Why not the boys a well they're more babyish.

  8. Guest28427264

Our parish is quite strict and requires all girls 17 and under who are being baptized to be dressed as infants. The girls have to wear either a white, infant style gown or a poofy, white, top of the knnes dress, a tie under the chin white bonnet, lace anklets, white mary jane shoes.a white under shirt with a cloth diaper and rubberpants is required under the dress or gown.To make it easier for the parents, our parish has a company that sells the teen size infant type baptism outfits for the girls so the parents can buy thru the parish or have the outfit made. The parish provides the rubberpants for the girls at a very reasonable cost and the parent have to get the diapers, undershirt, etc.I have seen lots of girls baptized over the years in the required outfits and they all look very infant like! Some teen girls have even gone so far as to having a pacifier in their mouths and some have had baby bottles they were drinking out of.

  9. Guest28425289

Yes its perfectly fine to dress a 14 year old girl as an infant for catholic baptism! We baptized our son and daughter when the son was 12 and the daughter was 14 and we dressed her as a regular infant in a white, below the knees gown with a matching bonnet, lace anklets and white satin booties. The whole outfit was specially made for her.Under the gown we did the white tee shirt with a 10 ply thick cloth diaper and blousy fitting white rubberpants that actually crinkled under the gown when she walked! When they both made their First Holy communions a month later,we did the cloth diaper and rubberpants on the daughter again under her communion dress.

  10. Guest28415787

Absolutely! We were at Easter vigil last night and all of the p*****n and teen girls baptized yesterday and last night were all dressed as infants in cute, poofy, short sleeve, top of the knees, infant style dresses with matching bonnets, lace anklets and white patent leather shoes or booties. They all had either a cloth diaper and rubberpants or a disposable diaper with rubberpants om under their dresses. Most of them had a pacifier they were sucking and a few had a baby bottle they were drinking out of.The oldest girl we saw being baptized was 17 and she looked adorable! the other girls ranged in age from 16 down to age 5.

  11. Guest28412087

Yes! We are baptizing our 14 year old daughter this comming easter vigil as an infant and she will be dressed, like all the other girls,in the white, poofy, short sleeve, top of the knees baptism dress with the matching bonnet, white tights and white cloth booties. She will wear a thick cloth diaper with adult size rubberpants over it under her tights and a white tee shirt as her top.A pacifier will be worn on a pink ribbon around her neck and she will have a baby blanket as well. Her and all the other girls will be considered babies for their baptisms.

  12. Guest28398920

Our parish is very strict and requires the all white, infant type outfits for all girls up to age 17.The required outfit consists of the white, short sleeve, top of the knees, dress with the crinoline under it,a matching bonnet, lace anklets, white patent leather shoes and cloth diapers, plastic pants and tee shirt under the dress.I have seen some of the girls in the 15 to 17 year old range push the limit and have their dresses at midthigh length and naturally when they bend over to recieve the water on their heads, their dresses go up in back and every can see their cloth diapers and plastic pants!

  13. Guest28321822

Yes,its ok to dress your 14 year old as an infant and even older teen girls as well.We baptized our daughter at 16 and dressed her as an infant in a white knee length baptism gown with a matching bonnet, tee shirt, size 8 pampers diaper, white rhumba tights and white mary jane shoes and to complete the look she had a pacifier on a ribbon around her neck that she sucked on during her baptism. All who saw her thought she looked very cute and baby like in her outfit!

  14. Guest28308488

We just baptized our 14 year old daughter at mass last sunday[april 17]and did her as an infant in a white gown with matching bonnet, lace socks and white shoes and did a size 7 pampers diaper with rubberpants over it and a white tee shirt under her gown.

  15. Guest28307045

Our parish did baptism this past easter sunday at easter mass and all of the p*****n and teen girls were dressed as babies in white, knee length gowns with a head bonnet, white tights and white shoes.they all had a cloth diaper and rubberpants on under their tights with a white under shirt as their top. They were all baptized as babies and picked up and held like a baby to recieve the water on their heads. Most of the girls had a pacifier attached to their gowns and sucked on them while waiting their turn to be baptized. There were girls as old as 17 in the group and they looked cute as babies.

  16. Guest28307042
I am a catholic nun (Sister Esmeralda of the Holy Water Region /Jordan)-and the only thing I can say is ; you should wear black! that's the only acccetabpe color at church festivvities!
  17. Guest28306940

Our daughter is 14 and we baptized her yesterday, easter sunday at easter mass along with the group of babies and preteens and teens.her and all the other p*****n and teen girls wore the traditional, white, high waist, top of the knees, poofy baptism gowns with a matching bonnet, white tights and white shoes. All of the girls had the traditional white cloth baptism diaper and rubberpants on under their tights with a white under shirt as their top.The daughters diaper was made by sewing the gerber flat cloth diapers together to make one diaper and her rubberpants were adult size medium and bunched up under her tights.A few of the teen girls actually had toddler size rubberpants on over their diaper as their parents chose them for their daughter to wear. The daughter and all the rest of the kids in the baptism group, age 7 and up will make their First Holy communion on may 15th and all the girls have to wear their baptism diaper, rubberpants and tights with their communion dresses.

  18. Guest28306270

Last easter vigil [2015] we baptized our 14 year daughter and our niece 14 and our 15 year old cousin all as infants at easter vigil. We dressed all three girls as regular infants in matching white, infant style, top of the knees gowns with matching bonnets, white rhumba tights and white shoes and under their tights we did a cloth diaper and adult size baby style rubberpants with a tee shirt as their tops. They each had a pacifier attached to the front of their gowns and each carried a baby blanket that they were each wrapped in after their baptism. Each of them looked very cute and infant like and were treated like babies for the day.For their First holy communions a month later, all three girls wore their cloth diaper, rubberpants and rhumba tights with their communion dresses and veils.

  19. Guest28303443

We are baptizing our 14 year old daughter next month at easter vigil and we all ready have her poofy, white top of the knees dress with the matching bonnet and the lace anklets and white mary jane shoes.she is going to wear a size 7 pampers diaper with plastic pants over it and a tee shirt under the dress. So she will be like an infant for her baptism.

  20. Guest28303347

We are baptizing our two daughters, ages 15 and 13 at easter vigil next month and they both are going to wear the traditional white, infant type gown[being made for them] with a matching bonnet, white tights and white patent leather shoes, they each are going to wear a thick cloth diaper with blousy rubberpants over it under their tights with a white tee shirt as their tops. For their party, they each will be changed into a cute flower girl dress with a head wreath and will wear their diaper and rubberpants under their dresses with lace socks and their shoes.

  21. Guest28281770

The all white infant type outfit-poofy dress, bonnet, lace socks or tights, cloth diaper, rubberpants, tee shirt and white mary jane shoes is the NORMAL baptism outfit worn by all the girls, both p*****n and teen for Easter vigil and private baptisms at my parish. The girls are considered as infants for their baptisms are are baptised just like the regular infants. So to answer the question, yes it is perfectly ok to dress a 14 year old girl as an infant for her catholic baptism!

  22. Guest28269474

When my husband and i and our twin daughters, who were 15 at the time, joined our parish,we were told that both daughters had to be baptized as infants to symbolize their entrance into gods kingdom as babies. They both had to wear infant style, knee length, baptism gowns with a matching bonnet, white tights and white patent leather shoes. They then had to wear a cloth diaper with white, toddler size plastic pants over it and a white tee shirt as their top.The morning of our ceremony,we dressed both of them in the nursery and they were babies for the rest of the day.The toddler size rubberpants fit tight over their diaper, but didnt cause them any problems.

  23. Guest28267467

When we baptized our 14 year old daughter,we did her in a cute white, short sleeve, top of the knees, flower girl dress with a flowered headwreath with ribbons down the back, white lace anklets and white shoes.Under her dress,we did a size 8 pampers diaper for teens with white plastic pants over it and a tank top. So i guess you could say she was dressed as a partial infant for her baptism!

  24. Guest28266773

I am a widower dad with a 14 year old daughter and last easter vigil i finially had her baptized. Before the ceremony i dropped her off at the parish nursery so the nuns could dress her.I waited outside the nursery and a while later the two nuns brought her out and she was dressed just like an infant in a white, billowy, top of the knees dress with a bonnet on her head.white tights and white shoes and they lifted her dress and showed me the cloth diapers and plastic pants they put on her under the tights. We went up and she joined the other girls who were all dressed in the same outfits. She told me the nuns had her lay in a baby crib and put the diapers and plastic pants and tights on her just as if she were a real baby.

  25. Guest28265826

We just baptized our 14 year old twins, son and daughter on September 20th and the son wore a suit and tie and the daughter we did in a poofy, top of the knees, short sleeve, flower girl dress with a white, infant style bonnet, white tights and white shoes.we did a cloth diaper and rubberpants under her tights with a white tee shirt as her top.Every one thought she looked very cute and pure in the outfit.both of them will be making their First holy communions in May 2016 and the daughter has to wear the cloth diaper, rubberpants, tights and tee shirt with her communion dress and veil.

  26. Guest28263497

I am catholic also and have seen even older girls up to around age 19 dresses as infants for their sacrement of baptism. The white, poofy, top of the knees dress with a matching bonnet, white tights or lace anklets and white mary jane shoes is the normal baptism outfit for the girls at my parish.A cloth diaper and rubber pants with a white under shirt is the standard underwear worn under their dresses,The two girls most recently baptized at my parish were 17 and 19 and were sisters and both wore identical dresses and bonnets with the lace anklets and the white mary janes and both had the cloth diaper and adult size rubber pants under their dresses.they both looked very cute and infant like for the ceremony.

  27. Guest28259422

Yes,its ok! I am roman catholic and have seen many girls from little girls all the way up to age 18 and 19 dressed as infants for their baptisms. The white, billowy, top of the knees, short sleeve dress with a matching bonnet, lace anklets and white mary jane shoes is the normal outfit worn by the girls at my parish and others i have been to.Some teen girls wear a size 7 or 8 pampers diaper and tee shirt under their dresses, while others wear a cloth diaper and plastic pants with their tee shirt tucked into the plastic pants.some girls have worn tights over their diaper also.It is up to the girls parents to see that their daughters are properly dressed as infants for baptism so their daughters get the message that it is perfectly ok to be pure and virgin before they get married.

  28. Guest28222621

My sister and brother-in-law adopted a 13 year old girl last fall from an adoption agency and two months after they got her, they baptized and christened her as infant in the infant baptism program at their parish to symbolize her starting over and new life. She was in disposable diapers when they got her due to her bedwetting and daytime accidents. They had an infant style baptism/christening gown and bonnet made for her and did lace socks and white shoes with the gown.to make it more traditional,my sister made a cloth diaper for under her gown and then covered it with adult size plastic pants.she looked very adorable and cute in the outfit and was just like and infant for her baptism and christening.

  29. Guest28166216

At our parish, the infant type, all white outfit is the traditional outfit worn by all the girls, both p*****n and teen girls for baptisms at easter vigil and other times during the year. The girls want to wear the outfits to show everyone that they are pure and innocent like babies upon entering gods kingdom. The poofy white, short slevve, boufant shoulder, top of the knees dress with the matching bonnet, lace anklets or white tights, and the white mary jane shoes make the girls feel infant like for their baptism. The cloth diaper and plastic pants and under shirt worn under the dress further adds to the 'infant' purity of the girls. Our daughter, kailee,is 15.and is being baptized at easter vigil this year and already has her untire outfit. So,yes it is perfectly ok to dress p*****n and teen girls as infants for baptism!

  30. Guest28164680

I am 19 and one of my best friends,Eleesa, was baptized 3 years ago when she was 16 along with her cousin who was also 16.Eleesa wore a white, just below the knees dress with a required bonnet on her head, lace socks and white shoes. Her cousin wore a poofy white dress with the lace socks and shoes and also had to wear the bonnet.the nuns at their parish are strict and old fashioned and also required Eleesa and her cousin to wear a cloth diaper and plastic pants under their dresses.I helped dress Eleesa and her cousin and we pinned the diaper on both of them, then they put the plastic pants on,then their camisoles, and then the rest of their outfits.their plastic pants were adult size and fit them both blousy and crinkled under their dresses.Eleesa and her cousin looked cute in their outfits.but werent overly happy about having to wear the cloth diaper and plastic pants under their dresses.

  31. Guest28163408

Our parish is strict and requires the boys to wear white suits and the p*****n and teen girls to wear the white, below the knees, infant type baptism gown with the bonnet, white tights and white mary jane shoes.A disposable diaper with plastic pants is required under the tights and a white tee shirt as their top.It is a very beautiful site seeing the boys and girls in their white outfits at easter vigil, especially the girls in their white gowns and bonnets!

  32. Guest28163153

Yes,when we baptized our 14 year old daughter last september,we did her as a regular infant in a white, ankle length, infant style gown with a matching bonnet, lace anklets, and white mary jane shoes. For her infant underwear,we did a size 7 pampers diaper with white, loose fitting plastic pants over it and a snug fitting tee shirt.she then had a pacifier on a ribbon hanging around her neck and sucked on it during the ceremony.everyone who saw her thought she looked very cute and infant like. For her first holy communion with the 7 year olds this comming may,2015,she will wear a poofy communion dress and veil with the lace socks and the mary jane shoes and will wear another pampers with the rubberpants over it and her tee shirt.

  33. Guest28161864

When we baptized our 17 year old daughter last june at our parish,we did her just like a toddler in the puffy, white, midthigh length dress with the matching bonnet, white tights and the white mary jane shoes.Under her tights,we did a thick cloth diaper with adult size medium plastic pants over it and a white tee shirt. She liked wearing the outfit and felt very cute and babyish in it.every one who saw her thought she looked adorable.

  34. Guest28157758

yes! the normal infant type baptism is what 14 year old catholic girls should be dressed in by their parents-a white knee length gown, bonnet, undershirt, cloth diaper, plastic pants[rubberpants[,tights and booties or mary jane shoes[white].this out fit should be required for all catholic girls up to age 17 who are being baptized.

  35. Guest28157609

yes it is! all of the p*****n and teen girls, including our 14 year old daughter, who were baptized last easter sunday were all dressed as regular infants in white, infant style gowns with matching bonnets, lace anklets and white patent leather shoes.Under their gowns they all had either a cloth or disposable with plastic pants over it,and a white under shirt.we did a size 7 pampers on our daughter with the white plastic pants over it and her undershirt was tucked into the waist of the plastic pants.all of the girls were considered infants for their baptisms and picked up and held like an infant to recieve the water on their heads.First holy communion was a month later and all the newly baptized girls had to wear their baptism diaper and plastic pants and under shirt under their communion dresses.

  36. Guest28150091

We did it with our twin 14 year old daughters for their baptisms and they thought it was cute and liked being like 'babies' for the day.they both wore identical, poofy white above the knees dresses, with a matching bonnet, lace anklets and white mary janes. They both agreed on a size 7 pampers diaper with youth size rubberpants over it and a white tee shirt under their dresses.they both looked very pure and cute! for their first communions a year later at 15,they wore identical communion dresses and veil with their baptism lace anklets and shoes and their baptism rubberpants and tee shirt.

It is perfectly ok to dress catholic teen girls as infants for their sacrement of baptism.the girls need to be pure and innocent for the sacrement and most are crazy about boys or have boyfriends and must under stand that purity and innocence untill marriage is fine.at my parish the infant type outfit is worn by all the girls for baptism, even past age 18.We finially baptized our two daughters when they were 15 and 13 last year and they were excited about it.They each picked out a cute white, poofy, above the knees dress then got their white baby style bonnets from a website. They got their lace socks at walmart and their white 'mary jane' shoes at a shoe store.they each then went to target and got a plain white tee shirt and a package of the gerber cloth diapers in the 24x 27 inch size and i sewed the diapers together to make one baptismal diaper for each to wear under her dress.they ordered their white rubberpants fro babypants.com in adult size so they would fit them loose.the morning of their baptisms, they bathed, then laid side by side on the bed and i powdered them, then pinned the diaper on both.then put the rubber pants on them.they they put their tee shirts on and then their lace socks and shoes.i then put their dresses on them and then daddy came in and put their bonnets on them.they both looked so cute and adorable in their baby girl baptism outfits and their rubberpants crinkled under their dresses all day.Iloved having them dressed as pure, innocent baby girls!

We baptized our 14 year old twins, son and daughter at easter vigil this past easter sunday.the son wore a white shirt and trousers and and a tie and the daughter we dressed in the traditional white infant style, knee length gown with the matching bonnet, lace anklets and white 'mary jane' shoes.under her gown we did a disposable diaper with white rubber pants over it and an under shirt.for their party, the son wore his outfit and the daughter changed into a poofy white flower girl dress with the bonnet and the lace socks and the shoes.I took the diaper off of her and she wore the rubberpants and under shirt inder the dress for the rest of the day.

At my parish, the all white, infant type baptism outfit is the normal outfit worn by all the girls being baptized at easter vigil, group and private baptisms.they wear either the white infant style gown,or the poofy, above the knees dress with a matching bonnet, white tights or lace anklets and white 'mary jane' shoes.a cloth diaper, plastic pants and white under shirt is the normal underwear worn under the outfit.the girls become infant like in the outfits and are very pure and innocent.i have seen girls as old as age 20 wearing the outfit.we have three beautiful daughters who we baptized when they were 15 and all three wore the poofy white dress with the bonnet, lace socks and mary janes.they all wore the cloth diaper, rubber pants and under shirt under the dress.the outfit was passed from one to the other when they turned 15.shortly after their baptisms, they made their first communions and wore the communion dress and veil with their baptism diaper and rubber pants under the dress.this is standard procedure for the girls.

What better way is there for a teen girl to symbolize her purity and innocence entering gods kingdom than being dressed as an infant for her catholic baptism?i have seen many girls,as old as 17,dressed as regular infants for their baptisms and they looked very pure and infant like.the majority of them i have seen wore the white infant style gown with a matching bonnet, lace socks or tights and white shoes.they wore either a cloth or disposable diaper with plastic pants over it under their dresses with an under shirt.some of the girls carried baby blankets and some had a pacifier attached to the front of their gowns and sucked on it during their baptisms.we baptized our twins, son and daughter,at age 15 and the son wore a white suit and the daughter we dressed in the white gown and bonnet with the lace socks and satin booties.her diaper was cloth and she had adult size rubber pants over it with her under shirt.the rubber pants fit her baggy and crinkled under her gown.she to had a pacifier around her neck that her great aunt gave her to use for her baptism.she looked very infant like in the outfit.

My husband and i had our two teen daughters, ages 15 and 13,baptized this paster easter at easter vigil.we did them in the traditional white, poofy, above the knees baptism dress with matching bonnets, white tights and satin mary jane shoes.we did a cloth diaper and rubber pants under their tights with a white under shirt.they both looked very cute and pure in their outfits.all the girls baptized with them were dressed in the same outfits and they are all considered infants for their baptisms.our two daughters will be making their first communions in may and are going to wear their diaper and rubber pants under their communion dresses as well.

yes its perfectly fine to dress teen girls as infants for their sacrement of baptism.at our parish, the infant type outfit-gown,bonnet,tights and shoes is the normal baptism outfit worn by all the girls.our parish does not allow a disposable diaper under the tights so the girls instead wear a cloth diaper and plastic pants under their tights with a white under shirt. We baptized our 16 year old daughter last may and dressed her in the gown, bonnet, tights and shoes.I made her cloth diaper thick and did adult size medium rubber pants with babyprints on them under her tights with her white under shirt.the rubber pants fit her blousy and bunched up under her tights and looked cute with the baby prints showing thru her tights.her diaper was pinned on her with teddy bear head diaper pins.to add to the infant effect,i attached a pacifier to the front of her gown and she sucked on it during the ceremomy.she made her first holy communion two weeks later and wore a poofy communion dress with the veil and her baptism tights with the diaper and rubber pants under them and her white shoes.

I have two lovely daughters, one 18 and the other 20.they were both baptized and made first holy communion when they were each 14.my 20 year old was baptized first and the other daughter helped me dress her.we did her in a cute, white, mid thigh length baptism dress with a matching bonnet, lace anklets and white'mary jane' shoes.the youngest daughter sat beside her sister and held her hand and talked to her while she laid on her bed and i put her cloth diaper and rubber pants on her, then she sat up and put her under shirt on,then stood up and we put the dress on her, then her lace socks and shoes.we brought her out and she handed dad her bonnet and dad put it on her.after the baptism,i put the outfit away and two years later, the older daughter helped me dress the younger one in the outfit.it was so special! both daughters wearing the same baptism outfit two years apart.

Our parish is quite old and traditional and stresses purity and abstinance amongst the kids. The infant type baptism outfits for the girls have been the standard outfits for decades.all the girls being baptism, both privately,at easter vigil and for group baptisms up to age 17 wear the poofy.white above the knees dress, with a bonnet, lace anklets or tights, white mary jane shoes.a cloth diaper, rubberpants, and undershirt is normally worn under the dress.the girls are then baptized with the infants and are considered infants for the day.For first holy communion, the girls are required to wear their baptismal diaper, rubberpants and under shirt under their communion dress as well.my two daughters who are 15 and 13 wore the outfits for their baptisms last easter vigil and looked very cute and babyish in the outfits.they both had the lace anklets with their dresses and the rubberpants over their diaper fit loose and crinkled under their dresses.

yes it is fine to dress your 14 year old daughter as an infant for her catholic baptism.we just baptized our 14 year old daughter the end of last august.we did the traditional, white, poofy, midthigh length baptism dress on her with a flower headwreath with ribbons down the back, lace anklets and white'maryjane'shoes.under her dress,we did a white disposable diaper with white rubberpants that had pink ruffles sewn across the back and an under shirt.she looked very cute and little girlish in the outfit.many of her friends and her female relatives lifted up her dress and checked out the ruffled rubberpants over her diaper and they all thought they looked adorable on her.i got the disposable diaper and the rubberpants especially for her to wear under the dress.i got the rubberpants from a website and then had the pink ruffles sewn on them across the back.i did this since her dress was short and knew the diaper and rubberpants would be seen,so i wanted them to look cute on her under the dress.for her first communion this comming may of 2013,i am going to do a cloth diaper on her with the ruffled rubberpants over it under her communion dress.

we have a 15 year old daughter and just put her thru catholic baptism as a regular infant last september.we registered her as an infant in the infant baptism program.we had a white, knee length, infant type gown and bonnet made for her with lace socks and white, satin, lace trimmed booties.the week before her baptism,we started her conversion to an infant.as soom as she got home from school,we put her into cloth diapers and rubberpants and a tee shirt that she had to wear untill bedtime.at bedtime,we changed the diapers ans rubberpants and put a blanket sleeper on her, then she was fed a bottle of milk, then given a pacifier and put her to bed.the saturday before her baptism,we took her to the parish nursery and put the diapers and rubberpants, tee shirt and a onsie on her and for the next 12 hours let her become a baby.we fed her baby food, gave her a bottle and let her nap in a crib.after the 12 hours,we took her home, put the blanket sleeper on her and put her to bed.the next morning,we gave her a bath, then put a pair of rubberpants on her with a tee shirt and a white dress and then took her and her outfit back to the nursery to dress her.we took the dress of of her, then the rubberpants and tee shirt and put her in the crib and then slid her cloth baptismal diaper under her and pinned it with diaper pins.we then put a pair of baby print rubber pants on her over the diaper, then her white under shirt.next we put the lace socks and booties on her, then she got out of the crib and we put her gown and bonnet on her.we then gave her a bottle and held and cuddled her and let her suck on her pacifier.when it was time for her to be baptized,i carried her like a baby to the alter and her bonnet was taken off and father baptized her as an infant.she looked absolutely gorgeous and very infant like in her outfit and was very pure and innocent.

Absolutely its ok to dress you 14 year old daughter as an infant for her baptism.being catholic, its normal for p*****n and teen girls to be dressed like babies for baptism at easter vigil and group and private baptisms.the standard outfit is a white, poofy, short dress with a matching bonnet, lace socks, white shoes or booties.under the dress,a cloth diaper, rubber pants and under shirt.i have seen many girls in these outfits and they look very cute and pure and infant like.i strongly feel catholic girls should be required to wear this outfit for their baptisms,

it is perfectly ok to dress your daughter as an infant for her baptism.at some parishes, the infant type baptism is the standard outfit worn by the p*****n and teen girls for baptism.some parishes even require the girls to be dressed as infants for baptisms. At easter vigil,in many parishes the girls also wear the infant outfits.at our parish the poofy white, midthigh length dress with a bonnet, lace socks or tights, cloth diaper, rubber pants, undershirt and white mary jane shoes is the normal outfit worn by the girls.

we also baptized our 15 year old daughter at easter vigil and dressed her as an infant in a puffy, midthigh length dress with a matching bonnet, white tights and white shoes.we put a thick cloth diaper and adult size rubber pants on her with a tee shirt.the diaper and rubber pants looked cute and very babyish under her tights.she had a pacifier in her mouth and had a baby blanket draped around her shoulders.all of the girls were dressed as babies that day for their baptisms and looked very cute and adorable.
