my sister in india had a second marriage but still his step son dont want her in home she is harassed by both husband and step-son. at the same time she has a daughter from previous husband. she dont want to leave her. we talked them before marriage that she cannot live without her daughter. At the same time she afraid if they have bad eyes on her. She dont want to live with second husband . and she forced to leave her daughter in my mothers home. so she got depression many time. in indian society. how she survive if she get divorce again. or nor she can live with them nor she want to leave her child. she want to live with her daughter. please tell me if i call her as a visitor and then i apply for humantarian ground can she get visa for permanent resident
