please someone help me!!

i want to send a letter (i think, or somethink like that) to Yamada Ryosuke and i want it to go personally to him (if possible) what address would i send it to?

and do you think i'd have to translate it? and if you say yes how would i do that, i can only speak english you see.

i know im asking for a lot but if some1please even if you answered just one question that would REALLY help!

..i read from somewhere that someone reads first the fan letters before it reaches the addressed celebrity.. the managers i think..maybe, i'm not sure..could it be possible for them to do the translating?
