kitchenaid side by side stainless steel refrigerator made 11-1-2004. I think serial number is KSCS25IN5500 but some of the 5's look like S's to me. I think it must be blinking me a trouble code. Oh the owner didn't know the switch was off & couldn't tell me how long it had been off. Please help!!!!
