ice maker not dumping ice

KitchenAid Superba side-by-side refridgerator freezer temperature set to 0F. Occasionally, ice maker inlet tube froze up and ice tray fill cup froze up. Removed ice maker to clean out the frozen tube and fill cup.
Set freezer temp to 5F (highest possible temperature).
Reinstalled icemaker.
Icemaker filled with water and made ice.
Ejector never ran (it's been about 12 hours).
Ejector fingers are at about 2 o'clock.
Ice bucket/dispenser is working OK.
Is this an issue with the motor or freezer temp? Can you provide instructions for how to test the motor using the test points? Can you point to ice maker diagram that shows all of the test points and what they do?

Thanks.
