    1) PCC Apostilled ( if her passport was done when she sas single) she has to change per passport to married as per Gujarath Law ( not sure about your state) 2) Marriage certificate Apostilled 3) Copy of medical records 4) Your Bank account in Spain and Tarjeta Residencia http://www.ivs-spainvisa.com/mum-requireddocs.htm#Residence Visas for Family Regrouping:- Spouses AND MOST IMPORTANT THING WAIT WAIT AND WAIT . I Have been doing so past 2 months . Good Luck
