To get the duplicate copy of result, just go to the main office of the board, fill the application form for duplicate copy with all the necessary details. Hopefully, you will get the copy asap and make sure that you don't loose it again. If you find it difficult to manage your paper documents, you should consider professional help for it. However, i can't tell you any name of such service. But yes, i read on facebook page, 'clip to click' about soon to be launched service that would facilitate individual document management.
