dear sir,
i would like to stamping of my engineering certificate,which is completed in noida.2007.
plz explain in detail of what is hrd,mea,gid, what is purpose of stamping,
how much fee has to be paid,
for stamping how long time period will take,
plz give me address of these three(hrd,mea,hid)
what documents has to be submitted,
we can complted in a day or more time taken, i am A.P guy.
actually 10th,diploma completed in A.P state, b.tech completed in noida.
while stamping is there any risk involved,i heard that for gid stamping need notary certicate.
