i would like to know an estimate of how many pictures can be held on a 1 gb card with an 8.2 megapixel kodak easyshare camera???

    answering from a 8 mega pixel, samsungs owners point of view- a photo takes 3mb. 1047mb in 1GB 1047 divided by 3mb have a lovely day =) .

    A standard 8 mega pixel picture is about 1.7-2.4MB in size(depending on the shot) so roughly you can get above 500 picture on a 1GB card
