i have a Conair Hair Cutting Kit, and I have had it for a while, but it is in great shape and I barely ever use it. I got it out to cut my sons hair, and the head of the clippers was not attached to the handle/motor. No problem, I am mechanicaly inclined to say the least, so I looked it over, and even read the directions that came with it, but I am still unable to get the clipper head to "snap" into place so I can use it. I have made sure the adjustment was down, and that i am putting it in right, and it actually will sit right, but it falls off when I let off the pressure of holding it in place. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.... Richard Quinchon raq925@hotmail.com

I currently have the same problem, chances are its broken. I thouroughly examined the back of mine and found that part of a "lip" made of plastic had chipped off making it impossible to snap back on. I was just about to go out and buy a new one and I found this post. A defect perhaps??
