I took the k***s off my Amana gas cooktop to clean underneath them, wiped off area with damp cloth, when I turned the k**b on it caused an immmediate fire that required a fire extinguisher to control Now no elev=ctric iginition and have to use gas match to ignite. Is this a known safety problem with Amana cooktops? Have there been any other reports on this problem?
