What exercises can I do to strengthen myself for fouettés?

I am 13 years old and have been doing ballet for 5 years now. I have just started practicing fouettés and i am not doing so well so far. I really want to get fouettés down and need to strengthen my legs to do as many as I a professional can consecutively. Is there any fast technique that would help me achieve that goal?
Need some information about exercises as soon as possible to start the practicing.

    That is great to know that you are working on fouettés. The first thing in fouettés that you might want to know is that if the body position and movement is not correct, the turns will travel and flounder.
    Various Core exercises help you strengthen your core muscles which in turn help you to strengthen your legs for fouettés. Correct neutral spine and correct turnout is the basis of your stability while performing the fouettés. Holding the turnout in your deep hip rotators while assisting with your inner thigh muscles, and supporting with your lower abs muscles pulled up and flat, allows for a relaxed upper body, and smooth head movements. For fouettés strengthening exercises you can also use a partner in the center, to do your demi plie with the leg extended devant, and then does a slow motion press up with the ronde de jambe and into retire, turning a little.
    This exercise will definitely help you for strengthening your body for proper fouettés though mastering the art might take up some time. So don’t get frustrated.
