Hi, You could have dyshidrosis which is genetic and exacerbated with stress. Treatment is with topical cortisone such as prescription Clobex Lotion or Clobex Spray. Another possibility is that you have a vasculitis which is an antigen antibody complex that deposits in the skin. Vasculits is caused by medications or infections. Vasculitis is more servious that dyshidrosis. The resolution of your pictures was not the best so I cannot be certain of the diagnosis. I recommend you visit you local dermatologist for the correct diagnosis and treatment.
