dodge neon,2003,no spark at plug

i have 2003 dodge ,neon,i replaced the cam/crackshaft sensor,power fine,relay fine(asd),but i get no spark at the plug or power to coil,cranks fine, i get two obd 11 codes p0562, and p0700,witch the 700 is cause i did run battery down ,but i have charged it
