    You need 5 to 7 fruits and vetg a day. Most of what you ate is carbs, and not very good ones except for the crackers. You must be starving by now. The biggest Looser diet has the required amount of fruit and vetg, plus low fat protion like beans or chicken and non fat yogurt. You are not helping your body at all to loose weight, but are instead putting it into a starvation mode.
