i get a 60 on the low port side A/C line, do doses it mean my compressor is bad corolla 04 JDM?

however it stills cools the car.

    You need a reading from the high side also, that will tell you if the compressor is actually doing it's job or not. The low side should be 40 - 45 degrees and the high side should be about 20 degrees higher than the outside temperature.
