we discovered a flooded kitchen floor when we came back from aweek long vacation.our insurance is going to replace the tile floor and underlayment but they only want to replace the toe kick and repair cabinet base rather than replace cabinets.
I have bad allergies and I am very concern about mold issues since the cabinets are sitting on top of the underlayment .how do i convince insurance to replace the base cabints???
