computer monitor went black and will not turn back on

it is a 22 inch widescreen, 2 years old. i was using it when it suddenly went black and will not turn back on.

    Hello, This is a very common problem with LCD monitors. Check out our web site at: www.ccl-la.com. Open the monitor case and look for blown capacitors, replace all that have bulging tops. If you can solder then you should be able to do the repair yourself. If you don't want to do the repair we do offer a repair service for $35 plus return shipping.
