My children's father is $1600 behind in child support. His tax return was talken in February (2400). He doesn't work, was discharged from the military and is now receiving disability from the VA which he is having directly deposited to a pre paid visa. What can I do to either get the child support owed to them or disability benefits? Can I do a child abandonment warrant? (We live in Georgia)
