i want to cook a joint of pork and freeze it, is it safe to defrost it and reheat

    Yes, you definitely can. Askthemeatman.com says cooked pork is good in the fridge for 3-4 days, or you can freeze it right away and it's good for 2-3 months. Keep in mind that a roast will take a good deal of time to thaw in the fridge - make sure you pull it out early enough to thaw. Chops and such will, of course, thaw much faster.
