   Who cares!  I pay my taxes and have since i had my first job at 13, and I dont care.. if they want to spend their card on energy drinks then let them their going to get a quest card regardless and only can spend what their given right! So let them buy their energy drinks their the ones s******g their self cuz they waste $10 on 3 energy drinks right that $10 could have been a meal for their family... And to all you people out there who talk s**t about people getting quest cards s***w you ;people need them I have family that get quest cards and need that money their not anyless of a person cuz they recieve help from the gov... The gov needs to help more people instead of spending billions of dollars fighting f*****g wars and spending millions of dollars playing big brother and always rebuilding foreign countries when their country falls into disarray!  Let Haiti and all those ogther places do for their self NO OTHER COUNTRY CAME TO AIDE US DURING 9/11!!! NO COUNTRY CAME TO AIDE US DURING KATRINA!!!NO COUNTRY EVER COMES TO AIDE US THEY ONLY EVER COME WITH THEIR  HANDOUT LOOKING FOR MONEY....

   i have used it at target. a foodstamps card will only work for food items that are cold. a cash aid card will work almost everywhere

   Oh I also forgot to add... mine card is diffferent because I can buy hot food at KFC and other places so I cannot guarentee yours will work.. try @ cvs or Vegas

   Works for me all the time.. Go into any cvs pharmacy.. it depends on the store.. vegas sells ripit.. I am disabled and use them to get out and do things, but depending on where I go I can buy them with EBT food
