Well, my server is stood solely in the identical workgroup with few other laptops or PCs. Anyhow, it appears to be an issue of windows 7 home premium since supreme and expert version attach correctly to win 2000 share while utilizing similar username and pwd, which I am utilizing with my win 7 home premium edition. In my personal opinion, your windows 7 do not drive correct authentication information to the isolated pc. Well, here is a solution you can try to solve your problem:

Registry revising for LAN supervisor authentication grade – in Home premium version, it is configurable via registry. Do follow these steps:

    a. Open your registry reviewer and start seeking regedit
    b. Look through to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
    c. Generate a novel DWORD value with the next properties: NAME: LmCompatibilityLevel, VALUE: 1
    d. Start over your computer and try attaching to thenetwork again
