can i take ibufrofen and celebrex together

I am taking celebrx which doesn't help much and would like to change to Ibufrofen platinum.Can i do this straight away?

    They are both "NSAIDs" Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications that work the same way, so don't take them both together.
